Why classify?

The classification objective is not to promote the dispute between the Clubs, but rather that each Club seeks excellence in the organization of its activities within the Youth Ministries Management System. Everyone can be 5 stars, and for that reason, we do not publicly disclose the total points achieved by each Club, but only their rating

About the classification - Of 01 to 05 stars

Pathfinders and Adventurers Clubs are rated from 1 to 5 stars by the management and organization of their secretariat and treasury in the Youth Ministries Management System (YMMS)

Above 800 points - 05 stars
From 500 to 799 points - 04 stars
From 300 to 499 points - 03 stars
From 150 to 299 points - 02 stars
From 0 to 149 points - 01 star

Maximum Points: 1000 points

Items Evaluated

01 - Assets Inventory (property)

Quantity based on 30% of the total number of active members (Example: 100 members = 30 items registered)
Score: 0 to 100 points (0 to 100%)

02 - Activity calendar

24 activities registered in the current year
Score: 0 to 100 points (0 to 100%)

03 - Documents

Have at least 05 static or dynamic documents
Score: 0 to 100 points (0 to 100%)

04 - Treasurer

Minimum 48 items of accounts payable or receivable for the current year (the bills is not required to be paid, but is only a forecast of expenses or revenue)
Score: 0 to 100 points (0 to 100%)

05 - Unit corner

100% of active members with data filled in (may be partially) in the Unit Corner Report on YMMS or on the Find a Club Portal (access by the Counselor)
Score: 0 to 100 points (0 to 100%)

06 - Honors

At least 05 honors per active member
Score: 0 to 100 points (0 to 100%)

07 - Units Report

01 report configured from the Unit Corner
Score: 0 to 100 points (0 to 100%)

08 - Classes Cards

100% of active members (except leadership) with (partial) fulfillment of class requirements via YMMS or Unit Corner (on Portal Find a Club, via Counselor)
Score: 0 to 100 points (0 to 100%)

09 - Medical form

100% of active members with their respective medical records updated
Score: 0 to 100 points (0 to 100%)

10 - Club information

Totally updated Club data, mainly geolocation coordinates and Club history text
Score: 0 to 100 points (0 to 100%)
